Recently, the largest single set of 1,000,000 tons/year propane dehydrogenation project in the world, owned by Fujian Zhongjing Petrochemical Co., Ltd., was officially put into operation in Jiangyin Town, Fuzhou, Fujian Province. On the day when the project put into production, Zhongjing Petrochemical held a "First High-end Equipment Cooperative R&D Contribution Award" presentation ceremony, and Neway Valve was honored with the "Cooperative R&D Contribution Award" for its ultra-high temperature butterfly valve, double disc gate valve, and special three-way control valve.
Figure 1 shows the ultra-high temperature butterfly valve, which has a design diameter of 96", a design temperature of 704℃. Figure 2 shows the double disc gate valve, which has a design diameter of 66", a pressure rating of 300LB. Figure 3 shows the special three-way control valve, which has a design diameter of 42", a design temperature of 650℃. Taking into account the characteristics of the working conditions, such as large valve diameter, high operating temperature, and strict requirements for sealing performance, Neway solved problems such as high-temperature deformation, blocking, high torque, component wear, and difficulty in achieving zero gas leakage through various means, such as finite element analysis, thermal field analysis, fluid analysis, special processing and assembly techniques, etc. This batch of valves was successfully assembled in one time, then passed the high-temperature test verification and performance tests, and finally ran smoothly on site, earning approval from the customers. Zhongjing Petrochemical is currently the only global enterprise that has a full industrial chain from LPG terminal, cryogenic tank area, propane production, propylene production, polypropylene production to the production of new materials such as polypropylene film. In the future, Neway Valve will continue to uphold the enterprise spirit of " Dare to ask where the path lies", constantly innovate, persist in developing new quality productive forces, and provide customers with more comprehensive services.
