Therefore, it is our corporate social responsibility to become a positive force in these locations. We encourage our global offices to actively participate in local outreach programs. It is the responsibility of each subsidiary to identify and assess the initiatives that will have a significant impact on their community. Examples of such activities include: school improvement & scholarship fundraisers, recycling/waste reduction programs, and donations to local charitable organizations.
Neway expressly prohibits any form of unlawful discrimination and harassment based on race, color, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), gender identity or gender expression, military or veteran status, physical or mental disability, genetic information, or status in any group protected by state or local law. Improper conduct, including the conduct of visitors, contractors, customers, and any interference with the ability of employees to perform their expected job duties is not tolerated.
(a)Standards of Conduct:
Neway maintains an outstanding reputation for ethical professional behavior and fair dealing. In the performance of their job duties, employees may deal with a variety of people and organizations; failure to interact professionally with managers, customers, vendors, or fellow employees may result in disciplinary action. Employees are prohibited from engaging in any unlawful conduct that negatively affects business operations.
(b) Conflicts of Interest:
No employee shall directly or indirectly engage in outside business or financial activity that conflicts with the interests of Neway business operations or interferes with an employee's ability to fully perform his or her duties; such activity may result in disciplinary action. Employees should report possible conflicts to their supervisor/manager and Human Resources department.
(c ) Whistleblower Protection:
Neway is committed to maintaining a workplace where employees are free to raise good faith concerns regarding its business practices. It is the responsibility of every employee to immediately report suspected violations of corporate policy, federal, state, or local law.
