Shell and Neway signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of strategic cooperation on September 13, 2023, at the Shell China Supply Chain Powering the future Forum. This marks a further enhancement of Shell and Neway's collaboration based on the EFA (Enterprise Framework Agreement), ushering in a new era of cooperation and a milestone in Neway's development history.
Over the past 20 years, Neway, as Shell's strategic partner, has provided various valve products for Shell's global projects, assets, and authorized distributors across diverse industries, including oil extraction, refining, petrochemicals, LNG, biofuels, hydrogen, and more. Mr. Elvin Feng, the president of Neway International Business Division, was invited to share the rich history of collaboration and outline the blueprint for Neway and Shell's future strategic cooperation during the forum. His speech highlighted several typical collaboration cases, vividly demonstrating the close relationship between the two parties and earned unanimous praise and recognition from Shell's senior leadership.
The signing of this MoU of strategic cooperation signifies that Neway and Shell have established a more comprehensive and closer strategic partnership. Both parties will commit to all-round cooperation in expanding business scope, technical collaboration, product development, project and asset technical support, energy transition, green supply chains, digitalization, as well as other areas. Both parties will also collaborate on innovation in the energy sector and sustainable development, jointly stepping towards a new future!
