Recently, the large diameter pneumatic high-temperature triple offset butterfly valve produced by Newey Valve for a domestic customer's propane dehydrogenation project successfully passed the owner's acceptance. The valve design diameter is 96" and the design temperature is as high as 816℃ （1500℉）.
According to the special requirements of working conditions, Neway uses a variety of technical means such as finite element analysis, thermal field analysis and fluid analysis, and adopts special customized design to solve the problems such as stuck resistance and high torque at high temperatures. A successful assembly test of the valve has been unanimously approved by customers.

In order to better meet customers' demand for high-performance butterfly valve products, Neway butterfly valve plant has been expanded put into operation in 2022. The annual output value of the first phase is 150 million dollars, and the annual output capacity of butterfly valve products is about 30,000 sets, the size range is 2"~120"。The factory integrates intelligent manufacturing, automated assembly line and intelligent storage.
