The 2015 Valve World Americas Expo & Conference was held on July 15th & 16th in Houston, Texas at the George R. Brown convention center. Valve World is an annual exhibition, and technical conference program, organized by the KCI Publishing Corporation which offers a rewarding meeting place for the valve and flow control industry. The location of this event alternates between shows in Texas, Asia, and Germany. This year’s Houston expo proved to be an astounding success for Neway. Attendance numbers greatly surpassed visitor turnout from the previous Valve World Americas Expo in 2013.
Neway Valve International (NVI) exhibited at the show alongside subsidiaries Neway Flow Control (NFC) and Neway Oilfield Equipment (NOE). The event provided the Neway USA Group with a valuable opportunity to meet with clients, potential customers, and industry experts about the latest in applications and developments of Neway’s valves.
Guests to Neway’s booth were welcomed throughout the day by the Neway team. Many key customers visited with Neway to discuss both current projects and future opportunities. Representatives from various major end users such as BP, Dow, Shell and XOM visited with Neway management and expressed great interest in future opportunities. As the industry moves forward with increasingly strict low emission initiatives, many visitors requested information about Neway’s line of API 624 compliant valves, which offer end users a competitive option for meeting their low emission requirements.
